Michael founded CF Properties in 1993 and serves as a managing member or partner of the entities that own the properties CF manages. Over three decades, he has guided the firm's growth across retail, multifamily, and industrial real estate throughout the Southeast.
Spencer joined CF in 2017 and leads the firm's asset management and acquisition efforts. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Miami and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Newton has been with CF since 1998 and heads the firm's property management department, overseeing construction, facilities, and vendor relationships across the portfolio.
Julio joined CF in 2022, bringing roughly a decade of real estate accounting experience. He is currently pursuing his CPA certification.
